Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please go to https://lithologieco.com/a/returns. If your return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions + Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal products (such as slippers, undergarments, socks, and bralettes). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Jewelry
- Hats
- Scarves
- Bags
- Face Coverings
- Sale Items (All Sale Items = Final Sale)
Exchanges
We offer FREE Exchanges!
If you would like to exchange an item, please visit our Return Center at https://lithologieco.myshopify.com/a/returns where you will fill out your Email Address and Order Number. Follow the instructions and note what size you wish to exchange your item for. Please include your Packing Slip along with the item you are exchanging. Please also include ON the Packing Slip which size you wish to exchange your item for.
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color and only allow 1 exchange per item.
Please allow 7-14 days for your exchange to be processed.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your Return, an emailed E-Gift Card will be instantly delivered to you via the email provided with your order. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order or return shipping costs.
